1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Toscape.ai and the Toscape desktop application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Toscape provides an AI-powered architectural rendering desktop application. The website (toscape.ai) serves as the subscription management, authentication, and marketing platform. All AI processing is performed locally on your machine through the desktop application.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for individual use only.

4. Subscription & Credits

Credits are consumed per AI operation. Monthly credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Top-up credits do not expire. Credit costs per operation may be adjusted with notice.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Toscape's approved payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through the customer billing portal.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for any illegal purposes, attempt to circumvent credit deductions, share account credentials, or interfere with the service operation.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you process through Toscape. We do not claim ownership of your input or output images.

8. Limitation of Liability

Toscape is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.
