Do failed operations consume credits?
No. Credits are reserved when an operation starts and automatically returned if the operation fails, is canceled, or expires without a completed result.
Do unused credits roll over?
Starter subscription credits reset after 30 days. Pro unused credits stay valid for 45 days. Studio unused credits stay valid for 60 days.
Are project images uploaded to public AI websites?
No. The Windows app securely processes each operation through Toscape. Project images are not published to public websites or retained as a Toscape project library.
Do I fully own the generated images for client and commercial use?
Yes. Toscape's Terms state that you retain all rights to images you process through Toscape, and Toscape does not claim ownership of your input or output images.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your customer billing portal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I run out of credits?
